These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PathForge, an AI-powered goal roadmap service operated by Svitlana Neupokoieva. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service PathForge generates personalized strategic roadmaps based on your goals using AI. Access is provided via monthly subscription.
2. Subscription and Payment
  • Monthly Subscription: $725 USD per month (recurring).
  • 1-Day Free Trial: Full access for 24 hours at no cost to try the Service.
  • All payments are processed securely by Creem (Merchant of Record). We do not store your payment information.
  • Billing is automatic every month on the anniversary of your signup. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period).
  • No refunds for partial months or after trial period unless required by law. You may cancel during trial to avoid any charges.
3. Account and Responsibilities You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
4. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes during your active paid subscription. You may not reverse engineer, resell, share access, or misuse the Service.
5. User Content You retain ownership of the goals you input. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the AI (without identifying you personally).
6. Prohibited Conduct You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, abuse, or to generate harmful/infringing content.
7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support (trial = no charge; paid = no refund for current period).
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
10. Changes We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
